Welcome to Tuko, a roleplaying platform. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Tuko application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our application.

2. Age Restrictions

Tuko is intended for users aged 16 and older. By using the Tuko application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to Tuko.
By posting content, you grant Tuko a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the application.
You are solely responsible for the content you post and interactions with other users.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
Impersonate any person or entity
Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the application. Your continued use of Tuko after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
